Emeryville

With an estimated population of 7,276, the City of Emeryville is undergoing a transition as it redevelops a significant portion of the City from industrial uses to residential and commercial uses. Bordered by Berkeley and Oakland, the city lies at the foot of the Bay Bridge. Its climate and location make it a destination to enjoy what the bay area has to offer— sailing, jogging, dancing, fishing, music and literature can all be found in Emeryville. The city has made dedicated efforts to incorporate the arts into the schools and public places in the community. Emeryville also prides itself in its environmental work to increase access and improve safety for bicyclists and pedestrians.
