Lottery closed, winners contacted

The winning constituents were notified by phone on Wed, Dec 3rd.
Later this month, George will inform constituents who requested tickets earlier this year whether or not he will be able to honor their requests. Due to the limited number of tickets each member of Congress will receive, not everyone who requested tickets will receive one.
