Description:
Additional campsites available on a first come, first served basis with no reservation required.
FACILITIES: Fireplaces, picnic tables, restrooms and garbage collection. Water is available in front of each restroom.
ACTIVITIES: Fishing, swimming, hiking, fishing and boating (no motors including electric, allowed). Fishing in Manzanita Lake is catch and release only, artificial lure and single barbless hook. The Loomis Museum is located 1/2 mile from the campground and can furnish information about the closest hiking trails and the current interpretive programs offered.
SERVICES: Groceries, ice, gasoline, public telephones, hot showers and food services are available at the Manzanita Lake Camper store.

Reservations must be made 4 days in advance.

- There are no electricity, water nor sewer hook-ups at this campground.
- Campers must have a valid entrance permit or pass before camping.
- Entrance fee is $10 per vehicle.
- Pets must be on a 6 ft. leash at all times and are not allowed on park
trails.
Manzanita Lake is a habitat for black bears. All food and scented
materials must be stored in the bear proof food lockers, except
during mealtimes. Wash all dishes, utensils, pots and pans immediately
after use. Keep food and food odors away from your tent and sleeping
bags. Dispose of all garbage immediately in the bear proof trash
receptacles that are provided. Feeding and disturbing wildlife is
prohibited. Please report all bear sightings to a park ranger or
campground host. Attention Youth Groups: For group camping in June, September and October please call the park direct at (530) 335-7029 for arrangements.

Turn right into Lassen Volcanic National Park and continue 1 mile South to Manzanita Lake Campground.
