NCI has released a new series of educational resources designed to help patients understand chemotherapy and manage its side effects.

NCI has released a new series of educational resources designed to help patients understand chemotherapy and manage its side effects. The easy-to-read fact sheets are research-based and have been pilot-tested in cancer centers across the U.S. They provide clear steps to help patients prevent or manage side effects, understand what chemotherapy is, and how it is given. This series is written for patients and health care providers and includes:
