Pursuant to your Memorandum entitled “Guidance for the Information Quality Annual Agency Report to OMB” dated October 17, 2003, the following is a brief summary of the status of information quality complaints received by the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC) in 2004. Since the FTC has not received any information quality complaints covered by Information Quality Act, no templates for individual correction requests are enclosed.
