There are so many worse products that are bad when taken to much like aspirin or alcohol. Ephedrine is good for your health as long as you take it with the limits that are written on the box. Don't tell people what to do or eat, it's a free world. It's what we fight for in Iraq today! Let it be worth fighting for!
