I have taken ephedra now for four months and have loved every minute of it. Not only have I lost weight but I also feel better and look better as a result. I love the results of using BioLean because it works at safe levels in my body and helps energize and stablize my weight. Never before have I had my body in such great shape. Now I want to workout and get up every morning. Ephedra is so much better than coffee or the other over the counter energy junk offered to consumers. The blend of Chinese herbs and vitamins produced by Wellness International Network in their BioLean product is beyond compare because it has a low dosage of ephedra and small amount of caffine. It has changed my life forever for the better. PLease don't take it away. Thank you for allowing comments on this matter because their are way too many misconceptions about this herb.
