NTSB TO DELAY RELEASE OF PUBLIC DOCKET ON NEW YORK FERRY ACCIDENT

NTSB is delaying release of the public docket regarding the Andrew J. Barberi ferry accident to permit the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York to review and comment in light of its ongoing criminal case.
