NTSB TO HOLD 5:00 P.M. PRESS CONFERENCE ON HOWARD STREET TUNNEL ACCIDENT

National Transportation Safety Board Investigator-in-Charge Jay Kivowitz will conduct a press conference this afternoon to provide an update on the Board’s investigation of the July 18 derailment in the Howard Street Tunnel in Baltimore, Maryland.
