NTSB LAUNCHES GO-TEAM TO INVESTIGATE EMERGENCY LANDING OF UPS CARGO PLANE IN PHILADELPHIA


The National Transportation Safety Board is sending a team to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to investigate this morning's[*] emergency landing of a UPS DC-8 cargo plane at Philadelphia International Airport.

Frank Hilldrup will lead the NTSB team and serve as the Investigator-in-Charge. Member Ellen Engleman Conners will accompany the team and serve as the on-scene spokesperson. Member Kathryn O'Leary Higgins will also accompany the team. Lauren Peduzzi will be the Public Affairs Officer on-scene and can be contacted at (202) 557-1350.
