I work for a dietary supplement company in Colorado and have been in the industry for over 5 years. While I understand that the FDA is looking to regulate ephedra, they can act without dismantling or modifying DSHEA. An attack on DSHEA because of issues surrounding one ingredient is an over-reaction. Please leave DSHEA alone and allow it to work.
