I do not think additional regulation is needed at this time. The baseball player who died was more than likely
over taking the supplement as they typically do. Considering the many thousands of people who take this supplement, it seems a huge overreaction. I know alot of people taking this supplement and none have suffered any side effects at all other than to reduce body fat. By the way body fat kills thousands of people every year, Ephedrine may have contributed to the death of just one person.
