I have worked for Nature's Life as an independent sales representative for almost a year now. I have worked in other areas of nutrition fro more than five years and have used dietary supplements for more than twelve years. I am very concerned that the FDA is calling for increased legislative authority in order to better regulate the suppllement industry when it has hardly even begun to use the full powers granted under DSHEA. Both I and my customers appreciate the access and protection that has been afforded us under this act and do not want additional and unwarranted regulations imposed upon our right to choose. I agree with DR. Jane Henney and do not think andditional legislative authority is necessary or prudent.
