Upon completion of the course, the participants were able
to:
- Be better prepared to work closely with the Safety Board and other
agencies supporting the response effort at the accident site
- Coordinate initial inter-agency communications during launch phase of
investigation
- Discuss the NTSB accident investigation authority and protocols and how
they relate to the FBI's operations
- Explain the on-scene
responsibilities and procedures the NTSB employs at the accident
site
