The Office of Policy and Management (OPM) has a wide range of responsibilities in Region 4, ranging from personnel issues and information management to grants administration and research on a variety of environmental issues.

OPM is a dynamic customer-oriented organization which provides timely management services and systems which are recognized for integrity, responsiveness and efficiency to protect the environment and public health.

To provide Region 4 with accountable and customer-oriented, high-quality management systems and services to better support the agency's mission to protect and preserve the environment and public health.
