EPA Confirms Air Safety
In recent reports, the Environmental Protection Agency indicates it has reviewed the air quality monitoring conducted by TDEC and TVA on July 2, 2009 and confirmed TDEC's belief that there is no known threat to public health from an air pollution exposure associated with the clean-up of the ash spill at the TVA Kingston Steam Plant.
