"Disaster History" Video

A "Disaster History" video or DVD is now available for purchase. This 10 minute VHS video or DVD traces the tragedies and frustrations experienced by aviation disaster victims and their families over the past 40 years.

The video or DVD shows how these events eventually lead to Congress passing the Federal Family Assistance Plan for Aviation Disasters of 1996 and the Foreign Air Carrier Support Act of 1997. Talking points are included with the video or DVD, which was first shown at the International Symposium on Family & Victim Assistance for Transportation Disasters, held in September of 1998 in Washington, DC.
