Dean, School of Medicine – University of California, San Francisco

The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) invites nominations and applications for the position of Dean of the UCSF School of Medicine. UCSF is the only campus of the University of California that is devoted solely to the health sciences with professional schools of dentistry, medicine, nursing and pharmacy, and a graduate division. The successful candidate must hold a MD or equivalent degree and be a distinguished academic physician with substantial administrative and scholarly achievements in teaching and research in the health sciences field. Nominees/applicants must have proven leadership abilities in administration of a major health sciences unit.
