Traceabilities
An identifier that has been assigned to a DOE document to link it to a specific activity. These identifiers enable searchers to retrieve easily all documents associated with any given activity by providing a special linkage not available through other fields. Examples of traceability numbers include WBS numbers, Data Tracking Numbers, and configuration item identifiers. This number may include a code that indicates the type of traceability number. Specific codes include Training Certification Records, Configuration Item Identifier, Configuration Item Identifier/Record Identifier, Document Action Request, Deliverable Identification Number, Document Tracking Number, Engineering Change Request, Environmental Impact Statement, Field Work Package, Job Package, Participant Number, Study Plan, Test Planning Package, Work Breakdown Structure, and Yucca Mountain Acceptance Review.
