 I oppose the Draft Guidance.  It is tantamount to gobvernment sanction of murder to allow cells from aborted fetuses to be used for dubious scientific efforts.  All you will do is proclaim open season on unborn fetuses.  Imagine the unscrupulous who will conceive just so they can abort the fetus and sell its cells... all in the name of science!  Obviously you have no respect for the sanctcity of human life if you pass this Guidance.
