 At the age of 39, I never dreamed that I would be in full blown menopause after ceasing to take birth control pills. Within one week, I was crying all the time.  The next week, my head began to spin around and I was lashing out at everyone, including my boss and co-workers.  By the third week, I could not remember anything I had said or been told to do just 5 minutes afterwards. I felt like I was going insane. Because I am a paralegal and am responsible for multi-million dollar cases, I had to do something fast.  I immediately began research on Synthetic HRT vs. BHRT.  I opted to go with BHRT since it is a more natural and healthier way to replace lost hormones.  I would never take the risks associated with synthetic HRT.  I have been on BHRT for 1 1/2 years and have had absolutely no side effects.  I now have my life back in every aspect and have maintained my sanity and my job!  I thank God every day for the gift of BHRT.  It would be a shame if the FDA is swayed by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals' chicken shit attempt to dominate the world of hormone replacement therapy. Obvioulsy, it's all about money and not the health and well being of women and men in our society.
