Dear Sirs:
I write today to ask that you not use cell lines derived from aborted fetuses when creating new vaccines. Natural law holds that human life is sacred, and can never be used as an object. The use of cell lines derived from aborted fetus is an objectifying of the human person whose innocent life has been brought to an end by the grave crime of abortion. The use of aborted fetuses reduces the human person to nothing more than research material for science. I strongly encourage you to use the gift of science to seek other means of producing vaccines to meet the health needs of those who have religious and ethical objections to abortion. Sincerely, Rachelle Sauvageau | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
