Under no circumstances should fetal cells be used for vacines or other medical purposes. This is a violation of the unborns' civil rights and especially ethically immoral for any individual, group, or government to sanction. The founders of our dear USA would be appauled that our current government would even begin to sanction the use of human life for these purposes.
