The name of the docket is represenative of the problem. There is NO flagrant violation of the law by compounding pharmacies. This action was initiated by a pharmacutical manufacturer looking to protect a dwindling market share due to the fact that their product has some serious problems. I urge you to deny their request to stop doctors from prescribing and women from being able to receive bioidentical hormone therapy from compounding pharmacies. Thank you. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
