 Not everyone has pharmacy coverage and there are no more risks associated with bioidentical creams than with HRT.  In fact, case studies done on women are to the contrary. There will always be a demand for the far easier one-a-day pill, and this is a very small market and a small segment of the population who will bother to go to the extremes of applying bioidentical creams all the time.
