 There is overwhelming evidence that bio-identical HRT is far safer than synthetic HRt such as Premarin. I have personally stopped synthetic HRT on most of my patients due to fear of cancer risk and vascular disease and feel far more confidence in prescribing compounded bio-identical hormones. This confidence is totally evidence based.
