 I was fortunately steered to The Hotze Health & Wellness Clinic in 2001 where I was prescribed bio-identical progesterone and estrogen. Prior to that, I went to several doctors with symptoms of anxiety attacks and breathlessness and was given antibiotics and xanax, both of which did nothing to relieve my symptoms. After 2 weeks on bio-identical hormones, I felt fantastic and 5 years later, I still take them with no side effects. While my other perimenopausal friends complain of fatigue, PMS, etc., I boast of NO physical/emotional symptoms.
