I would like to continue taking my compounded estrogen, progesterone, testostrone. I have had much better success with my compound than I did with Premarin. I feel that it is my choice to take the compound drug over the Premarin it is not the the drug companies choice. They are only complaining because they are not making as much money on their own drugs. They can not guarantee that I will not have problems with their drug and they are certainly not going to pay my medical bills if I have trouble with their hormone drug. No one can say that their drug is better that another and it comes down to -- it is my choice as I am the one that will suffer the consequences. My Gyn would not do the hormone replacement because of all the studies. Compounding formula is not the same as Premarin. Premarin is made from horse pee as stated in Premain's own insert. A horse does not have the same hormones as a human being. This complaint is about profits for the drug company!
