 I use a natural progesterone cream and have found that I sleep better and do not suffer from premenstrual syndrome symptoms like moodiness, cramping and heightened emotions since beginning use of this cream.  I believe that synthetic hormones are not in our best interest as consumers. Please do not take my right away as a consumer to make the best choices for my health and well being.
