I am opposed to proposed restrictions on compounding pharmacies preparing bio-identical hormones. For the most part, the previous standards of care, namely Premarin and Provera, have proven to be poor medications. I believe they represent a danger to the public. On the contrary, bio- identical hormones have proven to be a blessing to my patients. Limitations on access to the medications would promote worsening health mainentance to many women. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
