Dear Panel,
This is concerning the ban of bio-identical hormones. I beleive strongly that to prohibit their sale and use to the general public is a violation of our rights to aprpopriate medical care. To mandate the public's choice to an artifical hormone soley based on a company's loss of profits is in fact a fradualent use of our medical system. As a health care professional, I have worked directly with hundreds of breast cancer victims; some directly related to hormonal use. This is a horrible disease both physically and emotionally; and to potentially endanger further women to this possiblitiy is seriously wrong. Ultimatley the concern is that the public is provided with straight clear medical information and products to allow individual choices. I urge you to not allow our medical care to be based on a company's profit margin
