 I am a patient using Biologically Identical Hormones. I feel extremely well now compared to prior when I could not sleep at night and was exhausted all day. There has been much research into this area. and I feel that it is very safe.I refer you to the book 'Sex, Lies and Menopause' written by a researcher.  These hormones are all natural compared to those being produced by Pharmaceutical Companies which are entirely artificial.
