Given the complexities of the Medicare program, it is important that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have an efficient way to distribute information to its contractors such as CSR training materials, written and telephone provider inquiry job aids, and copies of the proposed and final regulations. Dissemination of such information must be timely in order to be effective. To meet this goal, the Provider Communications Group established the Contractor Provider Education Resources Listserv. All contractors must subscribe to this listserv. Send an e-mail to CMS to inquire, unsubscribe, or add members to this listserv, please contact learnresource-l@cms.hhs.gov.
