Depository Agreements for Recipients of the IHBG program. This Notice transmits the current depository agreements forms to be used when investing IHBG funds; form HUD-52736A (10/2004) for banking accounts and form HUD-52736B (10/2004) for brokers/dealers. Also, the Notice clarified when to use depository forms and when tribes or TDHEs may utilize brokers in the investment of IHBG funds under 24 CFR 1000.58.

Accessibility Notice for Native American Program: Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968; and the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988. This is a reinstatement of Notice PIH 2003-26.

PIH 2005-19 (TDHEs)

Line of Credit Control System/Voice Response System (LOCCS/VRS) for the Indian Housing Block Grant Program. This Notice reiterates PIH Notice 2003-13 and provides specific guidance on the use of the LOCCS and the VRS for the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) program.

Clarification of submission dates for the form HUD-272-I Federal Cash Transactions Report ONAP (REV). This notice reminds recipients of IHBG funding of the reporting requirements under NAHASDA.

PIH 2004-17

Recipient Inspection of Housing Units Assisted under NAHASDA of 1996 and those Assisted Under the 1937 Housing Act. This Notice serves to clarify the requirements for recipient inspection of housing assisted under NAHASDA and those assisted under the 1937 Housing Act.

Financial Audit Requirements. This notice reinstates Notice PIH 2002-17 (TDHEs). This Notice provides specific guidance on the financial audit requirements for the participants in the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG), Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) and other Office of Native American Programs (ONAP) grant programs.
