SUBJECT:     Request for Comments - Forms for Agricultural Recruitment System of Services to Migratory Workers, ETA Forms 790 and 795; OMB Number 1205-0134

PROGRAM(S):         Wagner-Peyser

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a request for public comment on an extension of an existing Information Collection Request (ICR), which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning the agricultural recruitment system of services to migratory workers reported on ETA Forms 790 and 795, under the Wagner-Peyser Act.
