FAQ
NLM LocatorPlus -- Full Text of Medical Journal Articles

Question: Can I find the full text of medical journal articles in LocatorPlus?
Answer:

LocatorPlus does not include article references or the full text of journal articles. However, a LocatorPlus journal record may include a link to a producer's Web site where you can access full text of articles for free or for a fee to the publisher.

These NLM sites offer more information about accessing full text of journal articles:

PubMed links to full-text of some articles. For information about PubMed, see
