About Scorecards
Scorecards will help implement the Strategic Plan Center-wide,
clarify expectations and align the work vertically and horizontally.
Scorecards will help implement MDUFMA.
Center-Wide Score Cards link the Strategic Goal Areas to Key Result Areas
(KRA's).
Performance in each KRA is measured with Key Indicators (KI's)
Our Scorecards
Include MDUFMA decision goals for review timeliness.
Count and track expedited products.
Assess review quality as well as timeliness.
Track and set goal for time spent on training and career development.
Track and set goal for resources spent on external expertise.
Assess ODE and OIVD on timeliness and quality of expertise requests.
Assess other offices on timeliness and quality of responses to expertise
requests
