Guidance: If a provider should provide more than one type of care (i.e. in-home and family child care), place the provider in the category for which the most hours of service are provided. If an equal number of hours are provided, the State has the discretion as to which category in which to report the provider. Assign each provider to only one type of care. Report the total number of licensed child care slots for each provider type.
