The Del Norte Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet on Thursday, May 6, 2004, from 6:00 to 8:30 pm at the Crescent Fire Protection District, 255 West Washington Boulevard, Crescent City, California. The RAC has provided over $800,000 for a variety of projects in Del Norte since 2002. RAC members will hear a presentation about the Siskiyou Bioregion from Dr. Dominic Della Sala. Dr. Della Sala is a member of the Siskiyou Resource Advisory Committee in Oregon, and works for the World Wildlife Federation. The public is invited to attend and there will be an opportunity for public comment.
