- The Subcommittee will discuss the ongoing development by the Office
of Nuclear Regulatory Research of the TRAC/RELAP Advanced Computational Engine
(TRACE). This is an advanced nuclear reactor thermal-hydraulic systems analysis computer code, which is intended to replace several other, more specialized
reactor analytical
tools.

estimation" developed by the staff in response to the

for risk informed changes to 10 CFR 50.46, "Acceptance Criteria for
Emergency Core Cooling Systems for Light-Water Nuclear Power Reactors."
