CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Well, I think before we start the official meeting we have an affirmation. Madam Secretary.

ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Yes. This is on the Final E-Filing Rule. The Commission is being asked to act on a final rule amending its regulations to require documents in NRC adjudications to be electronically submitted through the agency’s Electronic Information Exchange to the E-Submittal system. The Commission has voted to approve the publication and implementation of this final rule, subject to the changes noted in the attachment.
