[1:25 p.m.] P R O C E E D I N G S CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Well, I think before we start with our afternoon meeting, Mr. Hart, we have an affirmation. Would you like to proceed? MR. HART: Yes sir. The item is SECY-07-0116 Dominion Nuclear North Anna Early Site Permit. The Commission is being asked to act on an Order requesting briefs on the issues in the majority decision and the dissenting opinion on LBP-07-9, Dominion Nuclear's application for an Early Site Permit at North Anna. The Commission has voted to approve an Order which invites the NRC Staff and Dominion Nuclear to submit initial and reply briefs addressing several questions noted in the Order and suggested in LBP-07-9. The Order provides a deadline and details for filing the briefs. Commissioner Jaczko has offered a concurring opinion, noting that he would have preferred the Commission to specifically request amicus briefs. Would you please affirm your votes?
