CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Madam Secretary, I believe we have an affirmation today. ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: We have one item. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal from Loretta Williams of the Atomic Safety Licensing Board's denial of her petition to intervene in the decommissioning of the Shieldalloy Metallurgical Corporation's site in Newfield, New Jersey. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which denies Ms. Williams appeal. The Commission also addresses a preliminary procedural matter. Would you please affirm your votes?

CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Aye.

COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye.

COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye.

COMMISSIONER JACZKO: Aye.
