CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Good morning, Madam Secretary. I assume that we have one affirmation to make today. Any comments from my fellow Commissioners before we start? Proceed. ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to a petition by CBS Corporation for a hearing regarding the NRC Staff's decision not to docket CBS Corporation's application for a declaratory order or, alternatively, for an amendment that would relax cleanup requirements governing Westinghouse's materials license at the Waltz Mill site in western Pennsylvania. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which holds in abeyance the request for hearing by CBS Corporation. Would you please affirm your vote? CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Aye. COMMISSIONER MCGAFFIGAN: Aye. COMMISSIONER MERRIFIELD: Aye. COMMISSIONER JACZKO: Aye. COMMISSIONER LYONS: Aye. ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: That's all I have. CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Meeting adjourned.
