The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal by Mr. Sherwood Martinelli of a December 3, 2007 Unpublished Order by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board which censured Mr. Martinelli. The Memorandum and Order affirms the Board's December 3, 2007 Order.
(Subsequently, on December 12, 2007, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
