SECY-07-0194 - Dominion Nuclear North Anna, LLC (Early Site Permit For North Anna ESP Site), LBP-07-9 (June 29, 2007)

The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to the issues and questions raised by the Commission in CLI-07-23 related to the issuance of an early site permit (ESP) for the North Anna ESP site. The Memorandum and Order approves issuance of the ESP. Commissioner Jaczko dissented in part from this Order.

(Subsequently, on November 20, 2007, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
