The Commission approved a Memorandum
and Order responding to an appeal by Mr. Eric Epstein of the Atomic Safety and
Licensing Board's ruling in LBP-07-10 to deny his request for hearing. The Memorandum and Order denies Mr. Epstein's
appeal.
(Subsequently, on October 5, 2007,
the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
