CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Yes.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a notice of hearing for the adjudicatory proceeding to be held in connection with the Department of Energy’s application seeking authorization to construct a geologic repository at Yucca Mountain, Nevada. The Commission has voted to approve the notice. Would the Commissioners in the hearing room affirm your votes?
COMMISSIONER LYONS: Aye.
COMMISSIONER SVINICKI: Aye.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: Chairman Klein, would you please affirm your vote?
CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Aye.
