The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to a request by the North Carolina Waste Awareness and Reduction Network to suspend the period to request a hearing in the Shearon Harris COL proceeding until after the completion of the certified design rulemaking for the AP1000, Revision 16. The Memorandum and Order denies the motion.
(Subsequently, on July 23, 2008, the Acting Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
