The Commission in this paper is being asked to act on an order responding to the Louisiana Energy Services and the NRC staff's petitions for Commission review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Partial Initial Decision in the Claiborne Enrichment Center case, LBP-96-25. Each of you here present has voted to approve the attached order granting the petitions for review and indicating to the Board that a final order is expected by May 1 of this year. I will mention that Commissioners Dicus and Diaz also voted to approve this order. May I ask you to affirm your votes. CHAIRMAN JACKSON: Aye. COMMISSIONER ROGERS: Aye.
